Simcha Planning & Design:

  • Initial phone meeting to plan & map out your simcha - followed up by organized lists and summaries via email

  •  Setup of the hall (i.e. tables, chairs, buffets, tea corner, dessert bar, entrance table, music table, projector table and gift area.) 

  •  We provide all tablecloths for all tables as well as all buffets and stations.

  •  We provide centerpieces, benchers, all decorations, all containers and boxes necessary for tea corner, dessert bar, soup station (if relevant).

  •  We disassemble your event at the end

Dessert Bar & Buffet:

All desserts are home baked with Badatz ingredients only

  • Variety of mini dessert cups  (approximately one and a half mini cups per guest)  filled with:

  •  Chocolate mousse 

  •  Mini trifles

  •  Cappuccino crunch 

  •  3 layered fruit sorbets

  •  Variety of ice creams  with variety of sprinkles (15-25 of each flavor..) 

  • Chocolate chip cookies

  • Sugar cookies half dipped in chocolate, various icings and sprinkles

  • Brownies

  • Fancy chocolate balls dipped in chocolate

  • 3 trays mini cupcakes decorated with variety of candies and toppings

  • 2 kinds of special cookies/bars for tea corner

  • For morning brit milah or dairy events, cheesecakes can replace the mini cups of icecreams/mousses, or be ordered additionally. All above desserts can be made dairy.  Muffins can replace cookies for morning events.  (Muffin flavors include: banana chocolate chip/nut, blueberry, chocolate chip, cheesecake flavored, strudel, apple, carrot, zucchini, wholewheat healthy, gluten free, etc..)

Gift Platters & Desserts

  • All packages are delivered to Sha'ar Binyamin for pick up. 

  • 1 box of shape cookies (i.e. Hearts for Engagement or Sheva Brachot, Sefer Torahs for Bar Mitzvah, Holiday shapes available, personalized cookies with name on it):  (60-80 cookies) -  100 shekel  

  • 1 sponge cake:  Serves 20 people - 100 Shekel

  • 1 Large round platter of assorted cookies and bars.  Serves 25 people - 150 Shekel

  • 3 Small rectangular trays of mini cupcakes and muffins.  (35 cupcakes per tray)  Serves 35-50 people - 150 Shekel

  •  Fruit salad (served in individual cups or big bowl), or melon platter: Serves 50 people - 150 Shekel
